dc.description.abstract | Srinivasa Ramanujan was a self-taught mathematical genius, born in 1887 in India. In the short span of 32 years, he attained great distinction. Ramanujan's theorems, questions, and solutions and the famous notebooks in which he recorded his findings have inspired many scholars and researchers since his death in 1920. A citation analysis of Ramanujan's articles shows the impact of his work on the research and academic community well into the twenty-first century. © 2012 Taylor and Francis Group, LLC. | en_US |
