Potassium arsenate is a comparatively unknown compound, that is, very little experimental work has been done with it, and since no important use has been found for it no attempt has been made to produce it in large quantities. The purpose of the present work was to see if a similar result could be obtained by using caustic potash in place of caustic soda and in addition to study the potassium arsenate produced.
