This presentation highlights dramatic changes in collection development and the role of technical services in a large academic library. The changes follow a thorough review of technical services operations. Changes include a new liaison program, a shift to demand driven acquisitions, and a data driven collection strategy. Presentation by Michael A. Arthur at the ALA Midwinter 2019 hosted by the ALCTS (Association for Library Collections & Technical Services): CMS (Collection Management Section) Forum, January 27, 2019.
